What service or products do you offer?
We offer CNC metal cutting and other general custom fabrication services. This includes part production, prototyping, design services, welding, powder coating and other general fabrication and manufacturing services.
How much does this cost?
Most of the metalwork that we do is custom and the cost depends on several factors, which include: the dimensions, design complexity, material type and finishing.
What type of material is this and what is the thickness?
We regularly work with steel and aluminum of various thicknesses. Our custom wall art is typically made from 16 gauge steel, unless otherwise specified.
What colors are available for painting?
We offer a durable powder coated finish on all of our home décor pieces. We can paint your sign just about any color you can imagine, just let us know what look you want and we will do our best to achieve it.
- For a nice metallic look: we offer polished steel with a clear powder coated finish.
- For a those who desire a rustic look: we can leave your sign as raw/unfinished steel and it will begin rusting almost immediately and continue to rust further over time.
What sizes are available?
We can make just about any size you desire! We offer free shipping within the continental United States for pieces up to 30". If you are looking for something larger please submit an inquiry and a member of our team will reply with pricing.
Can you make my company logo into a sign?
Yes, absolutely! Please send us your logo and we will generate a quote to create a personalized metal sign using your logo.
Can you design a custom sign for me?
Yes, absolutely! We can help you convert your ideas into reality. You don’t have to be an artist, just send us an image, sketch or describe what you would like and one of our designers will create an amazing metal sign just for you.
How do I hang this on the wall?
We can place mounting holes anywhere on the piece that you desire, just let us know where you would like them. See below for other popular methods:
Do you ship these and what is the lead time?
Yes, we ship wall art and other custom pieces within the continental U.S. and for larger items, we offer pickup and delivery in the greater Houston area. Pickup is available in Katy, TX and Brazoria, TX.
We typically ship orders in 2-5 business days. Shipping times may vary during peak periods of holiday shopping. For the most up to date shipping timelines, please inquire in our online chat, via email or by phone.
What is Powder Coating?
Powder coating is one of the most economical, longest lasting, and most color-durable quality finishes available. Powder coated surfaces are more resistant to chipping, scratching, fading, and wearing than other types of painting.
Where are these products made?
All of our signs are made to order at our shop in Brazoria, TX. We are a family owned and operated business and would greatly appreciate the opportunity to serve you.
What is the process of making a custom sign from start to finish?
Please contact us to discuss your project. A member of our team will provide you with a design concept and quotation for your custom piece. Once you have made a deposit for your project, we will create a draft of the design in our CAD program and send it to you for approval. If you have edits, we will address them in a revised design and send it to you. Then, we will cut your sign from a sheet of metal, grind it to perfection and complete it with a durable powder coated finish. After your item is complete, we will make it available for pickup or ship it directly to you.
