Due to the nature of our business we do not accept returns, issue refunds, or exchange items. All items are made to order.
Please be sure to check the spelling on your order instructions and email customer service immediately at the email address below if you notice an incorrect spelling, date or any other changes that need to be made to your custom order. If we have not yet processed the order, we will do our best to make any requested changes.
In the case of a misspelling, incorrect date, color or size that does not match the paperwork on your order, we will send you a replacement free of any charges. If you believe that we have fulfilled your order with an incorrect item, please email a photo supporting the claim to customer service at the email address below.
DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
If your package has been damaged in transit, please email customer service at the address below. Include your order number and photos of the damaged product and the packaging within four business days of the date of receipt (date of receipt based on the delivery date per shipment tracking data).
If based on the evidence supplied, we determine that your item was damaged in transit, we will send you a replacement item free of charge.
